The successful Residential Property Paralegal will support solicitors and fee earners across a varied caseload of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion. The Residential Property Paralegal will assist with:

  • Opening and managing client files

  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
