Responsibilities- Assist with sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity from instruction through to post-completion.
- Responsibilities include preparing contract packs, dealing with searches, liaising with clients and agents, handling enquiries, assisting with SDLT submissions and supporting fee earners with day-to-day file progression.
