An established consultancy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessor to deliver professional risk management services across a varied portfolio of residential and commercial properties. The successful Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessor will work directly with clients, completing assessments, audits and inspections while providing clear, practical advice to improve health, safety and fire compliance. The Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessor's Role The Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessor will be responsible for: Completing Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across residential and commercial properties. Undertaking compliance audits, site inspections and consultancy assignments. Identifying hazards, evaluating levels of risk and recommending practical remedial actions. Producing detailed, accurate and easy-to-understand technical reports. Advising clients on their responsibilities under current health, safety and fire legislation. Ensuring assessments follow relevant legislation, Approved Codes of Practice, British Standards and recognised industry guidance. Explaining assessment findings and helping clients prioritise appropriate actions. Supporting technical reviews and report quality checks where appropriately qualified.
