A leading London law firm is seeking an Associate to join its busy Clinical Negligence and Personal Injury team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented solicitor to work closely with Partners and experienced lawyers on complex claimant matters, while developing their technical expertise and client relationships.

The successful Clinical Negligence & Personal Injury Associate will handle a varied caseload involving complex liability, causation and quantum issues, with exposure to high-value and challenging claims.
The Associate's Role
Advising clients on complex claimant clinical negligence and personal injury claims
Managing casework across liability, causation and quantum
Working closely with Partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
Preparing legal documents, correspondence and advice
Conducting legal research and analysing evidence
Managing cases in accordance with procedural and funding requirements
Maintaining strong client relationships and providing high-quality client care
Liaising with experts, counsel and other professionals involved in claims
Contributing to case strategy and achieving strong outcomes for clients
Supporting the wider department with business development activities
Developing relationships with existing referrers and identifying new sources of work
Contributing to the profile and growth of the department and wider firm
The Associate
Qualified solicitor with experience in clinical negligence and/or claimant personal injury
Strong experience across liability, causation and quantum
Good understanding of relevant procedural and funding requirements
Excellent legal drafting and analytical skills
Strong attention to detail and case management abilities
Excellent client care and communication skills
Commercially aware and proactive in developing relationships xgikmsk
Able to work effectively as part of a team while taking ownership of matters
Strong interest in business development and building a professional profile
Organised and able to manage competing priorities effectively
