A well-established property and construction consultancy is seeking a Senior Employers Agent to join their growing Liverpool team, supporting a strong pipeline of residential housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Senior Employers Agent with proven residential experience to work with housing providers, developers and public sector clients across the North West.

The successful Senior Employers Agent will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, acting as the key client contact and ensuring schemes are delivered to the required quality, cost and programme standards. As a Senior Employers Agent, you will oversee contract administration, client reporting, risk management and project delivery across a range of residential developments.

This role would suit a confident Senior Employers Agent who has experience working on residential housing schemes, including affordable housing, social housing, private residential or mixed-tenure developments.
