This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with 1-2 years' experience within a specialist IP or wider commercial law firm to join a highly regarded practice known for its technical expertise, collaborative culture and high-quality client base.
The firm is recognised for its specialist Intellectual Property offering, advising a broad range of clients including innovative start-ups, multinational businesses, technology companies and international brands. The team works across a wide variety of patent matters and offers strong long-term development within a supportive and professional environment.
The successful IP Patent Paralegal will support attorneys and fee earners across a broad range of patent prosecution and portfolio management matters. The role will involve significant client contact, administrative coordination and exposure to both UK and international patent filings.
The IP Patent Paralegal will assist with:
- Preparing and filing patent applications and related documentation
- Managing deadlines and maintaining patent records and databases
- Liaising with clients, foreign associates and official bodies
- Preparing correspondence and legal documents
- Supporting attorneys with portfolio administration and prosecution matters
- Monitoring filing deadlines and ensuring compliance requirements are met
