A leading global construction and property consultancy is seeking an ambitious Project Manager to join their growing Leeds office. This Project Manager opportunity offers the chance to work across a diverse project portfolio including commercial, residential, education, heritage and logistics developments throughout Yorkshire and the wider UK market.

The successful Project Manager will join a well-established and collaborative team delivering projects for both public and private sector clients. The Project Manager's role

The successful Project Manager will support and lead projects across multiple sectors from feasibility through to completion. Responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects through all RIBA stages
  • Coordinating consultants, contractors and stakeholders
  • Overseeing project reporting, programmes and budgets
  • Managing risk, procurement and change control processes
  • Supporting contract administration duties
  • Leading client and project meetings
