A long-established Construction Consultancy with strong Social Housing frameworks is seeking a CDM Principal Designer who is familiar with Social Housing clients. You will look after London projects exclusively and conduct no more than 2 site inspections a month. This role would suit an experienced CDM Principal Designer who understands the particular challenges of working within social housing, including complex stakeholder structures and differing levels of client engagement with the CDM process.
The successful CDM Principal Designer will be supporting the process of limiting major and all CDM related risk during the design stage.
The suitable candidate will have:
- At least 4 years within a CDM or H&S role.
- Experience of working with Social Housing clients.
- A NEBOSH Construction or a relevant level 3 equivalent H&S / NEBOSH certificate.
- Membership with IOSH (TechIOSH or CertIOSH) or APS (AaPS or IMaPS) is advantageous.
In return, the salary is negotiable depending on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £60,000 pa, Bonus, Pension, Season ticket loan, Health care, Gym membership, Corporate incentive scheme.
