A highly regarded and independent property consultancy is seeking a Fire Surveyor to join their expanding London team. The successful Fire Surveyor will join a multidisciplinary team that supports their clients in achieving full statutory compliance while offering bespoke fire risk and safety solutions. This opportunity is ideal for a Fire Surveyor who is confident delivering fire safety services across a diverse range of sectors, including residential, commercial, and public buildings. The Fire Surveyor\’s Role The Fire Surveyor will be responsible for conducting fire risk assessments (Type 1-4), providing technical fire safety advice, and producing detailed reports for a wide portfolio of clients. Projects will typically cover Greater London, with minimal overnight travel. Working closely with chartered building surveyors and fire engineers, the Fire Surveyor will also assist with fire strategy development, remediation oversight, and audits in line with the Fire Safety Act and Building Safety Act.
