A dynamic multi-disciplinary practice, at the forefront of fire engineering design, research, and risk management, is seeking a skilled Fire Engineer. Our commitment is to provide excellence in fire safety, ensuring every client receives a first-class service, regardless of project size. Responsibilities: Liaise closely with clients, contractors, developers, Clerk of Works, and other key stakeholders. Undertake risk assessments in line with current legislation. Advise clients on pragmatic, cost-effective solutions to mitigate risk where possible. Assist in the growth, development, and structure of a small team, utilizing team leadership skills and experience.Experience: Minimum 10 years post-qualification experience (PQE). Understanding of external wall risk assessments. Proficient in conducting Type 1-4 Fire Risk Assessments (FRAs) and compartmentation surveys. Experience with large and small refurbishment and recladding projects. Knowledge of fire protection work.
