The successful Fire Alarm Engineer will be responsible for the service, maintenance, fault-finding and small works associated with a wide range of fire alarm systems. The Fire Alarm Engineer's Role
- Service and maintain fire alarm systems across a varied customer portfolio
- Diagnose and rectify faults efficiently
- Carry out small installation and remedial works when required
- Complete all relevant documentation and service reports
- Ensure compliance with current fire safety standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service whilst representing the business professionally
- Participate in an on-call rota as required
The ideal Fire Alarm Engineer will have:
- Experience servicing and maintaining fire alarm systems
- Good fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
- Knowledge of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems
- Familiarity with BS5839 regulations
- FIA qualifications or equivalent training desirable
- Full UK driving licence

- Ability to work independently and manage their own workload
