An award-winning legal practice based in London is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join their specialist team working across abduction and modern family matters. This is a permanent position for a Mid Associate or Manager level Family Solicitor looking to develop their career within a high-profile and progressive environment.
The successful Family Solicitor will be joining a respected family law department known for handling complex, sensitive cases involving international child abduction, surrogacy, and assisted reproduction. The Family Solicitor will be involved in a wide range of private and public law matters and will have the opportunity to work with leading professionals in the field.
The Family Solicitor\’s role
As a Family Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of intricate family law matters, particularly those involving cross-border child abduction and modern family structures. You will represent parents, carers, and guardians, often in urgent or high-conflict situations, and provide strategic legal advice throughout proceedings.
The Family Solicitor will work closely with colleagues at all levels, contribute to legal developments within the practice, and ensure the highest standards of client care. The Family Solicitor
