A Family Law Paralegal is required to join a well-established and respected firm of solicitors based in Bromley, London. This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Law Paralegal to develop their experience in a close-knit and client-focused team, working directly with senior solicitors on a broad caseload of family law matters. This role would suit a Family Law Paralegal with previous experience handling private family law cases and a genuine passion for supporting clients through challenging circumstances. As a Family Law Paralegal, you\’ll benefit from a supportive working environment and ongoing development, with exposure to high-quality work including divorce, child arrangements, and financial remedy proceedings. The Family Law Paralegal\’s role As a Family Law Paralegal, you will play a key role in supporting the solicitors and fee earners with their caseloads. Duties will include preparing legal documents, liaising with clients, attending court when required, and assisting with case management and administration. You will be given the opportunity to take ownership of elements of files under supervision and gradually build your technical legal skills within a collaborative team. This is a client-facing position, requiring a professional and empathetic approach at all times. The Family Law Paralegal will be expected to demonstrate initiative, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team.
