A highly regarded law firm based in London is seeking a driven and technically strong Family Associate to join their market-leading and rapidly growing Family team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Family Associate with 3-6 years\’ PQE to work within a Tier 2 ranked team for matrimonial finance in Legal 500, and Band 2 ranked for HNW matrimonial finance in Chambers and Partners. This position would suit a Family Associate who combines top-tier legal knowledge with the sensitivity and empathy required to support clients through emotionally challenging matters. The successful Family Associate will work closely with Partners on a wide range of high net worth family matters, including complex financial remedy cases, private children law, and protective injunctions.
The Family Associate\’s role
As a Family Associate, you\’ll handle a broad spectrum of high-value family law matters. You\’ll support senior colleagues while managing your own caseload of files, ensuring an excellent standard of client service throughout. Matters will typically involve financial disputes arising from divorce or civil partnership dissolution, complex children issues, and protective orders including non-molestation and occupation orders.
This is a busy and rewarding role, offering the opportunity to engage in some of the most interesting and high-profile family law work in London. Experience in surrogacy and adoption matters would be advantageous but is not essential.
