Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to deliver projects both nationally and internationally, working across a wide variety of sectors including healthcare, mixed-use, office, residential, sport and leisure. The Building Surveyor will also be responsible for providing professional services such as condition surveys, planned maintenance, schedules of condition, TDD, feasibility studies, defect analysis and dilapidations.

Person specification

This role will suit a Building Surveyor with key client management skills and is keen to progress in an organic environment. MRICS qualified (Not essential), RICS accredited degree, experience within a construction focused practice, ideally Public sector project experience would be advantageous.
