An established boutique Employment law firm is seeking an Employment Solicitor to join its growing London office. This is an exciting opportunity for an Employment Solicitor to join a specialist practice with an excellent reputation for advising both employers and senior employees on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
You must have prior law firm experience to be considered for this role. The successful Employment Solicitor will advise on settlement agreements, disciplinary and grievance matters, employment contracts, discrimination claims, redundancy processes and Employment Tribunal matters. The role offers excellent client exposure and the opportunity to work closely alongside highly experienced Partners within a genuinely collaborative environment.
The firm has developed an impressive client base through referrals and longstanding relationships and offers a modern, flexible and supportive working culture.
The Employment Solicitor will ideally have:
- 2-5 years PQE
