The Building Surveyors' role involves joining the firm’s highly regarded National Programmes team, where the successful Building Surveyor will support and lead on a wide range of exciting projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, residential, education, sports, nuclear, and retail. This diverse portfolio ensures a varied and rewarding workload.
The Building Surveyor will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive suite of professional services, including:
- Party wall matters
- Pre-acquisition surveys
- Defect diagnosis
- Dilapidations
- Employer's agent responsibilities
- Contract administration
- Project management
This role offers an ideal balance of technical delivery and client-facing engagement. It is a superb opportunity for a Building Surveyor who is eager to expand their industry exposure, work on major national programmes, and grow their career within one of the most respected consultancies in the industry.
The successful Building Surveyor will ideally be qualified with MRICS or at least on the APC pathway and eager to complete this process. A degree in Building Surveying is preferred, along with experience within a similar consultancy environment, both project and professional experience, and the ability to work independently as well as successfully within a team.
