A well-established construction consultancy in Leeds is looking for an experienced Regional Director of Project Management to lead and grow their Project Management offering across the region. The Regional Director of Project Management will take responsibility for team leadership, client development and the successful delivery of major projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a Regional Director of Project Management who wants to shape a regional business, strengthen key client relationships and play a central role in future growth. The successful Regional Director of Project Management will work closely with the wider senior leadership team while taking ownership of the Leeds Project Management function. The Regional Director of Project Management will be expected to lead from the front, combining strong technical delivery with business development, team management and commercial responsibility. For an ambitious Regional Director of Project Management, this offers the opportunity to influence strategy while building and developing a high-performing regional team. The Regional Director of Project Management's role The Regional Director of Project Management will oversee the delivery of projects across the region while driving the continued growth of the Project Management service. Responsibilities will include leading senior client relationships, securing new opportunities, overseeing project performance, managing team utilisation and profitability, supporting recruitment and mentoring staff. The role will also involve contributing to regional business strategy, identifying new markets and helping to strengthen the consultancy's presence across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire market. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role. The Regional Director of Project Management The successful candidate will have: Significant Project Management experience within a construction consultancy Experience operating at Director, Associate Director or senior leadership level A degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline MRICS, MAPM, ChPP or another relevant professional qualification Proven experience leading and developing Project Management teams Strong business development and client relationship management experience Excellent commercial awareness, including fee management and profitability Experience winning work and developing long-term client accounts Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills A well-developed network within the Leeds or Yorkshire property and construction market In Return? £90,000 - £110,000 Senior regional leadership position Opportunity to shape and grow the Project Management team Significant influence over business strategy and future growth Strong client-facing and business development responsibilities Clear long-term progression within an established consultancy Regional Director | Project Management | Construction Consultancy | Project Director | Property Consultancy | Leeds
