A leading Legal 500-ranked law firm is seeking a Corporate & Commercial Solicitor to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor looking for a role with genuine influence, autonomy and the opportunity to help shape the future direction of a successful practice.

The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will bring strong technical expertise, a proven client following and the ambition to play an active role in developing the firm's corporate and commercial offering.

The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a recognised multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, property, employment and specialist sectors. The firm works with a diverse client base and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where senior lawyers have the opportunity to make a real impact.

As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role will include:

  • Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
  • Managing and developing an existing client base
  • Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
  • Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives
  • Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas
  • Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology
  • Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy
  • Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work

You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have:

  • 8+ years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
  • Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters
  • Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships
  • Excellent client management and business development skills
  • Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm
