The successful Corporate & Commercial Solicitor will join a recognised multidisciplinary law firm with a strong reputation across corporate, commercial, property, employment and specialist sectors. The firm works with a diverse client base and offers a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where senior lawyers have the opportunity to make a real impact.
As the Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will play a key role in advising clients while supporting the continued growth of the practice. The role will include:
- Advising clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters
- Managing and developing an existing client base
- Building strong client relationships and identifying new opportunities
- Supporting business development and practice growth initiatives
- Working collaboratively with lawyers across different practice areas
- Contributing to the development of systems, processes and technology
- Supporting the growth of the wider team and future recruitment strategy
- Identifying opportunities to expand services and develop new areas of work
You will be an experienced solicitor with a strong commercial mindset and the ability to develop long-term client relationships. The Corporate & Commercial Solicitor must have:
- 8+ years' PQE in Corporate and Commercial Law
- Strong experience advising businesses on commercial and corporate matters
- Existing client following or proven ability to develop relationships
- Excellent client management and business development skills
- Commercial approach with strong judgement and decision-making ability
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take ownership
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across the firm
