The Construction Project Manager Role
The Construction Project Manager will play a pivotal role in managing diverse projects across Cambridgeshire.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as an Employer’s Agent on certain projects.
- Managing projects from inception to completion.
- Establishing effective communication with all client suppliers and operators.
- Ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards and meet client specifications.
The Construction Project Manager
- Membership in a professional body such as RICS, APM, CIOB (desirable but not essential).
- A degree in Construction, Project Management, or Building Surveying.
- Previous experience in a Project Management role within a construction consultancy.
- Experience in acting as an Employer’s Agent is a significant bonus.
- Demonstrated experience across various build sector projects.
