A distinctive Construction Consultancy situated in Bournemouth is on the lookout for an innovative Construction Project Manager to join their rapidly expanding team.

The Construction Project Manager’s Role

The proficient Construction Project Manager will actively engage in the hands-on project delivery process, overseeing activities from the initial design phases to the contractor handover, across various sectors.

In particular, the Construction Project Manager will play a crucial role in Residential and High-End Residential projects. Additionally, they will be instrumental in the planning stages of a forthcoming £20 million Commercial project.

The Construction Project Manager

1. Project Management degree equivalent
2. Strong PM/EA background working within a Consultancy
3. MRICS Chartered or working towards
4. Full drivers licence
5. Team player with a ‘can-do’ attitude

In Return:
