The Role
The successful Commercial Litigation Paralegal will support solicitors and senior fee earners on a broad range of contentious commercial matters. The work will include assisting with:
- Contractual disputes
- Shareholder disputes
- Business disputes
- Partnership disputes
- Debt recovery
- Professional negligence claims
- Insolvency-related issues
- Civil litigation matters
There will also be regular client contact, file management, drafting legal documents, preparing hearing bundles, liaising with courts and assisting with the smooth running of active disputes.
