A growing Manchester-based consultancy is seeking a Project Manager to support the delivery of a diverse pipeline including cladding remediation, healthcare, and residential schemes. This Project Manager will join a business with a strong technical focus and an increasing workload in remediation and compliance-driven projects. The Project Manager will gain exposure to complex regulatory environments while working closely with experienced senior professionals.

You must have prior construction consultancy experience as a Project Manager to be considered for this role.

The Project Manager's role

The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects across one or more sectors, depending on experience, with a strong emphasis on cladding remediation works. The Project Manager will manage consultants and contractors, oversee programme and risk, and ensure compliance with current building safety regulations. As a Project Manager, you will act as a key client contact and support the successful delivery of projects in live environments where required.

The ideal Project Manager

The ideal Project Manager will have prior consultancy experience and exposure to remediation, healthcare, or residential sectors. A Project Manager should hold a relevant degree and be working towards APM, MRICS, or similar. The Project Manager will have a strong understanding of project controls and stakeholder management, with the ability to operate in technically demanding environments.
