A leading international construction consultancy in London is seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Project Manager to join their established occupier-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for a client-facing Senior Project Manager to work with major corporate occupiers across high-profile commercial fit out and workplace projects throughout Central London. The successful Senior Project Manager will play a key role in delivering complex schemes while building long-term client relationships within a highly respected consultancy environment. This consultancy continues to secure significant occupier-led instructions and is looking for a confident Senior Project Manager with strong consultancy experience and the ability to lead projects and junior team members. The incoming Senior Project Manager will gain exposure to fast-paced, high-value projects while benefiting from excellent progression opportunities and a collaborative team culture. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.

Senior Project Manager responsibilities

  • The successful Senior Project Manager will lead projects from inception through to completion, managing programmes, procurement, consultants, contractors, and client relationships throughout the delivery process.
  • Projects will predominantly focus on commercial occupier fit out schemes across Central London.
  • The Senior Project Manager will take responsibility for stakeholder management, reporting, contract administration, and commercial oversight while mentoring junior team members and supporting business development activities.
  • Previous experience delivering occupier-led projects within a consultancy environment is essential.

Qualifications

  • Strong construction consultancy experience
  • Proven experience delivering occupier fit out projects
  • Excellent client-facing and leadership skills
  • Degree qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, or similar
  • Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
  • MRICS, MAPM, or MCIOB chartership preferred
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders and fast-paced programmes
