A growing, medium-sized Construction Consultancy based in South London is seeking a Senior CDM Principal Designer to strengthen their established health and safety team. The Role
The Senior CDM Principal Designer will lead the delivery of CDM Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM 2015 regulations. You will oversee the pre-construction phase, ensuring that health and safety considerations are fully embedded within the design process. You will chair design team meetings, review risk assessments, and provide clear guidance to clients and designers as you manage key client accounts.
Requirements
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- Membership of APS (CMaPS preferred)
- Extensive experience operating as a Senior CDM Principal Designer or similar role
