The Associate Director's role
The successful Associate Director will lead the delivery of luxury hospitality and office fit out projects while supporting wider business growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading major hotel and office fit out projects from inception to completion
- Managing key client accounts and stakeholder relationships
- Overseeing project teams and mentoring junior staff
- Supporting procurement, risk and contract administration processes
- Identifying business development opportunities

- Ensuring projects are delivered to programme, budget and quality expectations
The Associate Director
