We're recruiting for a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor to join a growing consultancy delivering work across London and the South East. As a Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor, you'll be carrying out both Health & Safety and Fire Risk Assessments across residential, commercial and high-rise buildings, working with a varied client portfolio and managing your own workload.
What's on offer:
- £44,000-£58,000 for Level 3 candidates
- £58,000-£64,000 for Level 4+ candidates
- Additional £4,000 London weighting for eligible London-based candidates
- Company car and fuel card
- 3 days on site, 2 days working from home
- 6-week training programme
- Ongoing training and clear progression route
- Existing training commitments potentially paid for
- Travel expenses and food allowance for journeys over 2 hours
The successful Health, Safety & Fire Risk Advisor will have:
- Level 3 or Level 4+ Fire Risk Assessment qualification
- 2+ years' experience across both Health & Safety and Fire
- Experience completing Fire Risk Assessments
- Residential, commercial and ideally high-rise building experience
- Strong report-writing and client-facing skills
- Based in London or the South East with easy access into London
