A UK-leading, B Corp Certified property and construction consultancy is seeking a highly motivated Chartered Building Surveyor to join their growing team in Newcastle.

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will enjoy exposure to a broad range of projects across the office, retail, leisure, education, healthcare, and charity sectors. You will be responsible for a wide scope of professional services including technical due diligence, building defects analysis, pre-acquisition surveys, dilapidations, party wall matters, and general building surveys. In addition to delivering technical excellence, the Chartered Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to build and maintain key client relationships and actively participate in business development, contributing to the ongoing success and growth of the Newcastle office.
