A Construction Consultancy is seeking a Senior Principal Designer with proven expertise in client-facing responsibilities, this comes of the back of an exciting new project portfolio. They foster a fun, social office environment, where you’ll work 2-3 days per week. This role includes a clear path to an Associate Director position, as the consultancy values internal promotions. The Senior CDM Consultant Role As a Principal Designer, you will confidently lead meetings and manage all design safety risks within your portfolio. Supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects, you’ll focus on technical delivery and client satisfaction in this client-facing role.
