CDM Consultant – Liverpool\\n\\nAn expanding construction consultancy are currently seeking a CDM Consultant to join their Liverpool office. This CDM Consultant role will support projects across Merseyside and the wider North West.\\n\\nDue to repeat instructions from long-standing clients, this consultancy are continuing to grow their CDM offering and are now looking to appoint an additional CDM Consultant.\\n\\nThe CDM Consultant Role\\n\\nThe successful CDM Consultant will support the delivery of CDM and Principal Designer duties across multiple construction projects, ensuring health and safety risks are effectively managed from pre-construction through to completion.\\n\\nThis opportunity would suit a CDM Consultant looking to strengthen their consultancy experience.\\n\\nDuties of the CDM Consultant to include:\\n\\n· Assisting in the delivery of Principal Designer duties in accordance with CDM Regulations 2015\\n · Preparing, reviewing and managing Pre-Construction Information (PCIs)\\n · Reviewing Construction Phase Plans (CPPs) for compliance and suitability\\n · Reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)\\n · Attending design team and project meetings to provide CDM advice\\n · Undertaking site inspections and health and safety audits\\n · Preparing, reviewing and closing out Health and Safety Files\\n · Liaising with clients, designers and contractors to promote safe working practices\\n\\nThe Person?\\n\\nThe successful CDM Consultant will fit the following description…..\\n\\n· Strong understanding of CDM Regulations 2015\\n · Experience working within a CDM or Health and Safety role\\n · Confident communicator with good stakeholder management skills\\n · Organised and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously\\n · Proactive, professional and commercially aware\\n\\nIn Return………?\\n\\n· £50,000 to £60,000 per annum (DOE)\\n · Car or travel allowance\\n · Pension and benefits package\\n · Ongoing training and clear career progression
