One of the UK's leading construction and property consultancies are currently seeking an experienced and highly capable CDM Consultant to assist in the delivery of a varied portfolio of projects, predominantly across Leeds and the wider Yorkshire region.

This organisation is seeking a CDM Consultant as they continue to expand and be involved in an ever-growing list of commercial, residential and mixed-use developments across Yorkshire.

The successful CDM Consultant will be involved in the full array of CDM and Principal Designer duties on projects across multiple sectors.

Duties of the CDM Consultant to include:

  • Provide CDM advisory services from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Deliver Principal Designer services in line with CDM Regulations 2015.
  • Review and advise on design risk management throughout the design process.
  • Prepare and review pre-construction information and relevant H&S documentation.
  • Attend design team and client meetings across the Yorkshire region.
  • Undertake site inspections and audits where required.

The successful CDM Consultant will have a demonstrably successful track record within a CDM or Health & Safety consultancy environment. The CDM Consultant will fit the following description:

  • The personality to work as part of a collaborative team.
  • Be able to form relationships with clients and project teams.
  • Understand how to manage design risk and CDM compliance.
  • Be confident communicating with multiple dutyholders.
  • Be able to maintain focus across multiple projects.
  • Revel in taking responsibility.
