The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will have strong cost consultancy experience, proven Employer s Agent capabilities and a good understanding of the Welsh construction market.
This position would suit an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor who can manage projects independently, generate fee income and develop lasting client relationships.
The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The Senior Quantity Surveyor will deliver a range of new-build, refurbishment and development projects across Wales.
Responsibilities will include providing pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services while also undertaking Employer s Agent duties.
The role will involve preparing cost plans, procurement advice, tender documentation, valuations, change control, financial reporting and final accounts.
As Employer s Agent, the Senior Quantity Surveyor will administer building contracts, coordinate project stakeholders and ensure schemes are delivered in accordance with the client s requirements.
