A leading law firm is seeking an Employment Paralegal to join its established Employment team in London. This Employment Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, supporting solicitors and partners across advisory work, disputes and tribunal preparation. The Employment Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across the full employment law process, including drafting, case preparation and client support.

The successful Employment Paralegal will join a well established Employment team within a respected law firm, advising a diverse client base including employers, senior executives and HR professionals. The team provides structured supervision, ongoing training and exposure to a wide range of employment law matters within a supportive working environment.

As the Employment Paralegal you will support solicitors across a varied caseload of employment matters. The role will include:

  • Supporting contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
  • Drafting employment contracts, settlement agreements and legal correspondence
  • Preparing case documents, bundles and witness statements
  • Conducting legal research across employment law issues
  • Assisting with Employment Tribunal preparation and proceedings
