A well-respected, multi-disciplinary construction consultancy are looking for an ambitious Building Surveyor to become an integral part of their Liverpool team.
In this role, the Building Surveyor will have the opportunity to support a number of high-profile projects across sectors including commercial, education, heritage, government, healthcare, housing and leisure.
As the new Building Surveyor you'll be responsible for providing key professional services such as party wall & neighbourly matters, condition surveys, measured surveys, dilapidations and contract administration.
