A client of mine, a long-standing and independent property consultancy known for their quality-driven surveying services across the UK, are looking to speak with an accomplished Chartered Building Surveyor at either Senior or Associate level to support their continued growth across the Northern Home Counties.

The Senior / Associate Building Surveyor’s Role
As the successful Chartered Surveyor, you’ll be home-based and supported by an established network of technical experts. Your focus will be on delivering professional commercial surveying services across a wide range of sectors. Duties will include:
- Commercial building surveys
- Contract administration
- PPM schedules
- Landlord & tenant advice
- Technical due diligence and dilapidations work
You will liaise directly with clients, preparing technically robust and commercially astute reports. For those interested, there is scope to support team mentoring and new business development.
The Successful Building Surveyor Will Have
Qualifications:
- MRICS or MCIOB
- Full UK driving licence
Knowledge and Attributes:
