An established Multi-disciplinary consultancy are seeking a Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD). You would join a supportive team as you develop into the role. If you\’re an Architect with strong expertise in Building Regulations and a natural talent for organization and cross-department communication, you\’ll thrive in this field. You will have exposure to managing your own client accounts, and will have no ceiling or barriers to your progression. Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) Following the Building Safety Act (2022) the Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) role involves Design Coordination in relation to the Building Regulations. You will liaise with your team to utilise Design Compliance trackers and provide design advice relevant to this. Building Regulation Principal Designer (BR PD) Requirements Confident in your Building Regulation/Control knowledge (required) Minimum of 4 years of Project experience post ARB /ACIAT certification (required) Member of a professional organisation: RIBA / ARB / MCIAT (required) Experience working as a BR Principal Designer (preferred)What will you get in return?
