A multi-disciplinary Building Consultancy are now seeking a Director from a Building Control background to lead their Building Regulation Consultancy service. They have a large portfolio of internal design work and huge demand from external clients for Building Regulation consultancy, which is why they require a Director from a Building Control background. They work across a wide range of sectors, such as large scale Commercial & Residential, Science & Laboratories and Education.
The successful Director of Building Regulation will be involved in ensuring Building Regulation compliance and guiding clients through the Gateway process.
The Director of Building Regulation suitable for this role will have at least 8 years within a Building Control role. The successful Director of Building Regulation will have competency on all Building types. Having a Class 3G/H RBI status will be advantageous.
In return, the salary is negotiable dependant on your ability and experience but as a guide: Up to £110,000, Car allowance, Multiple Bonus schemes, High ceiling of progression in their company wide structure, Pension, Season ticket loan, Health care, Gym membership, Corporate incentive scheme.
