A leading property and construction consultancy in Bristol is looking for an experienced Project Management Director to join their senior team. The Project Management Director will take a key role in leading major projects, developing client relationships and supporting the continued growth of the Project Management service across the region. This is an excellent opportunity for a Project Management Director who wants to combine project delivery, leadership and business development within an established consultancy. The successful Project Management Director will work closely with senior colleagues across the business, taking responsibility for key client accounts and overseeing the delivery of complex projects. The Project Management Director will also play an important role in developing the local team, supporting recruitment and mentoring, and identifying opportunities for future growth. For an ambitious Project Management Director, this position offers the chance to influence strategy and strengthen the consultancy's presence across Bristol and the wider South West. The Project Management Director's role The Project Management Director will lead the delivery of projects from early stages through to completion, while also maintaining oversight of commercial performance, client satisfaction and team development. Responsibilities will include managing senior client relationships, leading major commissions, supporting business development, overseeing project performance, mentoring junior and senior colleagues and contributing to regional strategy. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
