This Residential Property Paralegal role offers exposure to a broad range of residential conveyancing matters, supporting fee earners from instruction through to completion. The Residential Property Paralegal will gain hands-on experience across sales, purchases, remortgages and post-completion work. The successful Residential Property Paralegal will join a respected regional law firm with an established residential property team and a strong local client base. The team provides structured support, ongoing development and exposure to a varied caseload within a collaborative working environment.

The Role

As the Residential Property Paralegal you will support solicitors and fee earners across a varied conveyancing caseload.

The role will include:

  • Opening and managing client files
  • Preparing contract packs and legal documentation
  • Carrying out property searches and Land Registry applications
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and solicitors
  • Assisting with sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgages
  • Supporting post-completion matters

The Residential Property Paralegal?

You will have previous residential property or conveyancing experience and a genuine interest in developing your career within property law.

The Residential Property Paralegal must have:

  • Previous experience within a Residential Property or Conveyancing team
  • Strong understanding of the residential conveyancing process
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills xgikmsk
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
  • Proactive and professional approach
  • Ability to work effectively within a busy team environment
