The Senior Associate - Corporate Role

The successful candidate is likely to have:

  • 6+ years' PQE gained within a recognised Corporate practice
  • Strong experience handling M&A transactions

  • Strong transaction management experience
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Experience developing and managing client relationships
  • A proactive approach to business development
