The business delivers large-scale housing schemes across private sale, affordable housing and partnership-led developments. You will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential development, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. The role will involve coordinating subcontractors, monitoring build progress, managing inspections and ensuring all works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, Building Regulations and company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
