A leading-edge Property and Construction Consultancy, based near Tottenham Court Road Station in Central London, is looking to appoint an ambitious Associate Quantity Surveyor to strengthen their senior leadership team and drive key projects forward across multiple sectors.

This is a pivotal opportunity for an Associate Quantity Surveyor to lead major commissions across a broad range of sectors including commercial offices, education, healthcare, industrial sheds, high-end residential, student living, retail, hotels, and leisure. You will be instrumental in project delivery, client management, and mentoring junior staff within a dynamic and forward-thinking consultancy.

As an Associate Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in developing long-term client relationships, supporting business development efforts, and taking the lead on both pre and post contract duties. You will also have a clear pathway to Director level, with the full support of a consultancy that prioritises professional growth and rewards performance.

This role is ideal for a driven Associate Quantity Surveyor seeking greater responsibility, a wider variety of work, or a more structured route to senior leadership.

The ideal Associate Quantity Surveyor will have:

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
  • Significant Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy environment
  • Excellent Pre & post contract experience
  • MRICS is a must
  • Ambitious, proactive & client facing
  • A successful track record leading projects from inception to completion, managing small teams alongside business development
