The Associate Quantity Surveyor Role

• Work directly with the Head of Cost Management , gaining autonomy to manage projects, clients, and junior staff from day one.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor – Requirements

To excel in this role, you\’ll need:

• MRICS , or a commitment to completing it.
• Proven Quantity Surveying experience with a UK consultancy.
• Strong pre- and post-contract skills , with the ability to manage projects independently.
• A successful track record of delivering Residential projects from start to finish.
• The confidence to lead a small team , mentor junior colleagues, and drive team growth.
• Ambition to step into a leadership role and progress to Partner level.
