A well-established construction consultancy in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Associate Project Manager to join their growing team. The Associate Project Manager will work across a strong pipeline of projects, including student accommodation and a major regeneration scheme. This is an excellent opportunity for an Associate Project Manager who can hit the ground running, take ownership of projects quickly and operate with a high level of autonomy. The successful Associate Project Manager will be joining at an important time for the team, with a senior team member due to go on maternity leave in the coming months. As a result, the Associate Project Manager will be trusted with meaningful responsibility from the outset. The role would suit an experienced Associate Project Manager who requires limited development and is confident leading projects, managing clients and supporting more junior members of the team. The Associate Project Manager's role The Associate Project Manager will lead the delivery of projects from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, consultants and contractors. Responsibilities will include managing project programmes, coordinating design teams, overseeing risk, reporting on progress, managing client relationships and ensuring projects are delivered in line with agreed cost, quality and programme requirements. The Associate Project Manager will also play an important role in supporting the wider team and helping maintain continuity across live projects. You must have prior construction consultancy experience to be considered for this role.
