A multi-disciplinary Construction consultancy specializing in Residential housing projects are looking for a proactive CDM Principal Designer who has a detail focused approach, to take up an Associate level within the company. They offer access to prestigious clients with whom you will provide dynamic Design safety advice to within meetings. This opportunity offers a hybrid working pattern, great progression and an all-round fun environment to work in. They enjoy a high-employee retention rate. The Associate CDM principal Designer Role As Principal Designer, you will oversee a varied portfolio of projects, acting as both Principal Designer and Client Advisor. Working closely with an experienced team of CDM Consultants, you will offer guidance and design safety expertise during client meetings, ensuring comprehensive support across all project stages. The CDM Consultant Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (required) Tech IOSH (minimum) APS membership (preferred) Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience: At least 5 years of experience in CDM or a relevant field Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What’s In It for You?
