A medium-sized Construction consultancy is seeking an Associate Principal Designer to lead a a new range of projects as well as a trusted client account. Renowned for their client-focused, detail-oriented approach, the firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality design solutions across various sectors. The consultancy offers a hybrid working policy, promoting flexibility and a positive work-life balance. The Associate Principal Designer role: As the Principal Designer and CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and providing guidance on design safety risks across the portfolio of projects in the pre-construction phase. You will be supported by a team of CDM Advisors and Architects in this role. The Successful Associate CDM Consultant Will Have: NEBOSH Construction (required) Tech IOSH (minimum) APS membership (required) Design degree: Architecture / Civil Engineering / Engineering / Surveying (preferred) Experience: At least 4 years of experience in a CDM role (required) Skills: Strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.What’s In It for You?
