Working across high-profile projects in Healthcare, Education, Residential, Retail, and Hospitality, this is an incredible opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor ready to take the next step with a dynamic, multidisciplinary team.

As Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you'll work alongside experienced professionals on exciting projects ranging from £1m to £25m. You'll gain hands-on experience across all stages - from cost planning to delivery - while expanding into Project Management and Employer's Agent duties. Requirements

• Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy (1-2 years ideally)
• A BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying ideally or other Construction related degree
• Eager to work towards APC and obtain chartership
• Basic pre and post contract experience
• Able to commute to Edinburgh
