An established, multidisciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a motivated Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Watford. This is an excellent opportunity for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to gain hands-on experience across a range of meaningful healthcare projects, working directly with NHS clients and contributing to schemes ranging from £250k to £40m. The Assistant Quantity Surveyor\’s Role The successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will support the full project lifecycle – from initial feasibility through to final account – across a mix of refurbishment and new build healthcare projects. Working closely with the Director of Cost Management, the Assistant Quantity Surveyor will receive structured mentoring and support towards chartership, while building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams. This role offers a clear path to progression, with the opportunity to step into a Quantity Surveyor position within 12 months or less. The right candidate will enjoy being part of a small, collaborative team where they can make a real impact and develop rapidly.
