The company is looking for an asbestos surveyor who can work across a varied portfolio of buildings, delivering high-quality surveys and technical guidance.

As an asbestos surveyor in this team, you will play a key role in maintaining high standards of safety, reporting and client support.\\n\\nThe Role\\n\\nThis full-time, permanent role offers a company car and fuel card (business use only), with four days on site and one day working from home to complete report writing.\\n\\nCarry out asbestos management, refurbishment and demolition surveys\\n * Complete re-inspections and provide project advice and technical support\\n * Conduct non-licensed asbestos remedial works in line with regulations\\n * Compile detailed, accurate asbestos reports to the highest standards\\n * Quality check and review reports before submission\\n * Provide clients with technical guidance and advice on remedial actions\\n * Support the development and continuous improvement of asbestos services\\n * Assist with key projects, office operations and wider team requirements\\n * Ensure asbestos content in reports, promotional materials and documentation is up to date and compliant\\n * Maintain excellent communication and customer care throughout all projects\\n * Keep up to date with legislation, regulations and industry best practice\\n * Meet deadlines, targets and internal quality expectations\\n * Undertake any additional duties within your capability as requiredKey Requirements\\n\\nP402 qualified\\n * Experience working as an asbestos surveyor (management, refurbishment and demolition surveys)\\n * Strong knowledge of current asbestos regulations and guidance\\n * Ability to compile clear, accurate and detailed reports\\n * Excellent communication and client-facing skills\\n * Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage workload and deadlines\\n * Full UK driving licenceBenefits\\n\\nSalary £35k-£38k\\n23 days + bank holidays\\nCompany car and fuel card (business use only, no personal tax liability)\\nFour days on site and one day working from home for report writing\\nSupportive Operations Manager and established team structure\\nOpportunity to influence and support the growth of asbestos services
