A leading US law firm in London is seeking a Structured Finance Paralegal to join its high-performing Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven Paralegal to gain exposure to complex, high-value structured finance transactions, working within a fast-paced, top-tier international environment.

The successful Structured Finance Paralegal will support a busy and collaborative team advising on a broad range of structured finance and securitisation matters. You will be involved in:

  • Assisting on structured finance and securitisation transactions
  • Supporting on CLOs, ABS and other capital markets products
  • Drafting and reviewing transaction documents
  • Managing due diligence processes and document review exercises
  • Coordinating signing and closing processes
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and internal teams across multiple jurisdictions

This role offers hands-on experience across the full lifecycle of transactions, with close support from Associates and Partners.

To be considered, you will:

  • Have prior experience within finance, banking, or capital markets (structured finance experience desirable)
  • Hold a Law degree (or equivalent), with LPC / SQE completed or in progress
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
  • Show a genuine interest in structured finance and complex transactions
